PROCESSING TIME
Our current order processing time can take up to 3 - 7 business days, unless stated otherwise, such as PRE-ORDER items or on our shop banner regarding travel/illness/conventions, etc.

We aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, but during busy times such as new releases, product drops, and holidays, orders may take more time to process. During these busy periods processing times may take between 7 - 14 business days.

If your order requires urgency (such as a birthday, event, etc), please contact us via email with reasonable time in advance, and if possible, we will try to accommodate your request!

ESTIMATED DELIVERY
After an order has been received and processed by USPS, these are the typical estimated delivery times stated by USPS:

INSURANCE AND TRACKING
All orders come with full tracking included, but are not insured with the exception of USPS Priority Mail services. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created. Your tracking info will update 24-48hrs after once USPS has received and processed it in their systems.

We cannot be held accountable if a shipment gets lost or stolen as we have no control over the package once it leaves our possession. Please contact your local post office FIRST before contacting us about a potential missing order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS / VAT
Our store policy is to be as accurate and honest as possible when filling out customs forms. Lying about value is a serious offense and puts store-owners at risks of fines, or worse. Customers are fully responsible for any taxes or customs fees required of them by their country when receiving their order. We will not be able to refund any shipping fees if you deny the package due to customs fees.
